Same here. It goes into the postal box today. Actually brought my girlfriend to tears reading it, and she helped me come up with a couple of the comments. Apparently she didn't think I was actually gonna go through with it.

The woman who showed up at our door, Theresa came and got me and I told the woman; "TWO". My answer to everything after that was "I've given you all the information you are entitled to under the law".

She was friendly, polite and said "OK" and left. We never heard anything else. I don't know (or care) what else she put down on the form.
