this is my first time in supramania and want to say it is the best, anyway I bought a 89' turbo supra with a blown Head gasket. I paid for a mechanic to install a new gasket and to fix my motor. 10000 miles later i blew my Head gasket again and currently am building my motor from bottom end up. I want to know if there are any products or tips to prevent another blown gasket, since I hear 7m's are notorious for blowing up head gaskets

Your mechanic more than likely used the original head bolt torque values listed in the repair manual, those are some where around 56ft/lbs. It's been discovered that those values need to be at least 72ft/lbs to prevent head gasket failure.

On your next rebuild make sure you use the updated torque values, and make sure you properly prepare the head and block for a new head gasket, as the 7M is finicky about this.

And welcome to the site, there are many great people here as well as a wealth of knowledge, so take your time, read and enjoy. And feel free to ask questions.
