one line runs to the turbo, the other to the wastegate....remove those lines and then connect a small single line from the one part of the turbo to the other on the wastegate

why are you taking it off?

See, I didnt install it. The car was pretty much stock with the exception of an HKS filter and this thing. I dont even know how to use it. Not to mention I'd rather do it myself.

Take the intake sensor (AFM) off along with the accordian hose. You will see two hoses coming off the turbo. Pull those hoses and it looks like that MBC will come right off (doesn't appear fastened down). Now, connect one hose to where one of the places where a hose was located on the turbo. Now place the other end of the said hose on the other orifice of the turbo. Make sure the hose is tight on the orifices of that they are clamped down. Install AFM and accordian hose.

Remove the AFM and the rubber accordian hose, as SySt stated.
Remove the MBC, and both hoses associated with it from the turbo.
Cut about a 3" piece off of one of the hoses from the MBC and make it do this. (#17294)
