MBC question, maybe i did it wrong????

i dont know how i could have done it wrong but anyways i finally got around to installing my Hallman MBC today and it will only boost to 6lbs, i havent gone crazy and screwed it in all the way or anything just doing slow increments. Mabye i am just being a pussy and turning it not enough, i am now back in my neighborhood, where as i was in Sandy Oregon with long 60mph stretches so i cant really test it anymore. One line is to the Wastegate actuator, and the other to the barb coming directly off of the turbo housing. So am i just being a pussy and need to crank it more or what?

BTW stock CT26, i also took out the shims i had in there while i was at it.

If your wondering if its working crank it in alot and go boost it but if you hit fuel cut or too much boost let off and drive it normally home just take it easy on it. I think i heard 1 turn is like 1-2psi?

you may get more answers if you take it to the turbo section. cause some of us Na guys just don't mess with turbo's.
