just keep the vac lines you use at arround 6 inches or less.

that really limits where you can mount your MBC, im assuming you know where to tap the line in this pic, i just zip tied my mbc to the ac lines that on the car just underneath where this picture cuts off.

i have mine on the shock tower, i guess on the ac lines. made alittle "L" bracket for it and zip tied the mbc to the bracket. makes it a pain to adjust when th motor is hot and you burn your hand on the turbo.

I'm guessing this same rule applies for electronic boost controllers? IDK, but I'll be installing a MAFT Pro in the future along with all of it's components. I've seen supras with the boost controllers mounted by the passenger side strut tower, so that's def too long correct?

Lol, keep an eye on that zip tie cuz it's close to some serious heat. That would suck if that came loose and fell down, then melted the vacume hose going to the waste gate *shivers*.

It doesn't have to be six inches or less. Just keep the lines as short as practical. I've had an MBC and my current EBC solenoid attached to the AFM bracket with no issues over the past five years. Probably about 12" of line each way. Also, MBCs have at least a slight tendency to cause boost spikes.
