how do you guys install a boost gauge and a MBC i do not wana istall it wrong and blow up my engine

Well you can go mechanical or electric on the boost gauge and MBC. Mechanical is cheaper and sounds like would be a good start for you across the board. Search to find out the differences.
Then do a search on wastegate signal/reference/install procedures and you'll find tons of ways to tap into things properly so you don't damage your turbo/engine.
In the end it's quite easy.

A general rule for boost controllers are that if you cant install is, you shouldnt.
You need to learn more before you go upping the boost. It will ONLY lead to problems.

When you do finally get it installed keep the car at 12psi or under. Fuel cut is at 13psi average and its not good.
