there has to be something said for the 86.5-92 years of the toyota supra. when you think of a supra peoples minds immediately go to the 4th generation of the car. you can blame this on the fast and the furious, you can blame it on its awesome twin turbo 2jz power plant of an engine, hell you can blame it on its sexy body lines if you want. however when i wake up everday and look outside at my mark III supra i cant help but fall in love all over again. i feel like it takes a true enthusiast to enjoy the pure sexiness of this generation of the toyota supra. call me crazy but i actually prefer this model of the car the most of all 4. for its age it still looks stylish as hell by todays standards and it will still smoke the tires off any honda civic on the road. i love everything about the car. i love its body lines, i love its inline six engine, i love its bucket seats that hug your body so nicely as you whip down back country roads doing 80 on turns that your mothers mini van couldnt take any faster than 35. i love how the stock speakers still blast crisp tunes as i fly down the highway without a care in the world. i love the sound my blowoff valve makes as i shift at 3 grand and the low growl of my 3 inch turbo-back exhaust. to me, nothing in life is sweeter. i know there are plenty of you mark III lovers out there who are reading this saying hell yeah! you truely know the sweet necter that i speak of and you taste it everyday along with me. so i say, if you dont have 30 grand to drop on a 4th gen supra go out and find yourself a beauty of a mark III 7mgte sup for 7,500 bills and tell me that it isnt the sweetest 7 grand youve ever spent on a car. Amen fellow 7m lovers, amen.
