unhook battery, use little wheel to lift headlights up, change fuse and have mirror or soemone standing infront of light so when you turn on the switch they should atleast flicker before the fuse goes out, if theres a flicker, its your fuse otherwise its not set up right somewhere else.

Are you saying the head light fuses don't have power?
If the lights go up and down, then the head light relay is working and you should get power to the head light fuses.

Does the fog lamps work? They should if the integrated relay is working because they are on a different power line. The integrated relay gets power from the head light relay. So if the integrated relay has power, then the head light relay is working.

So the problem is somewhere between the head light relay and the fuse.

Oh....dumb question, but I need to ask.
When you tested the power to the head light fuses, you did have the head light switch on and the head lights were up? Right?

And you do have the bulbs in the receptacles all the way. If they are not making good contact, the bulbs won't work and you won't get ground to the head light fuses and your light tester will not light up if you're using the power and ground at the fuse terminals.

Does the high beam indicator light on the instrument panel light up when the high beam is switched on?

Try a volt meter at the head light fuse and ground the other end to the chasis or battery.

Did you do any of the things on my post?

I linked the wire diagram. But if you can't read it, do some of the simple things I suggested and I should be able to narrow down point your problem.

If you have a volt meter, then you should be able to pin point the problem yourself. If you need help then I'm willing to help you.

So can you kindly answer some of my questions?
