I'm looking to build a 500hp to 600hp supra. I have a mod's list, check it out. Anyone have any Ideas to help.
Click on his screen name, then public profile. The mod list is in there. Not much of the stuff you have now is going to be useful around 600 rwhp. 7mpower.com is a good place to go for some ideas.

HKS FCD, HKS Intercooler and piping, CT-26 (66 trim inlet), 3in downpipe, 3 1/2 HKS cat back Super Dragger exhuast, 550 cc injectors, HKS Boost Controller and Turbo Timer, and Blitz BOV. Lots More Mod's to come
I suppose with a stock block it could be done, but I would not guess for long... So start there..... Build you lower end!! Then if you have any money left then you might want a better turbo. SP has a great line of turbos to reach that goal.
