Yes, and it's the only way to go. The Maft, Maft Pro, Safc, ect scale the air flow reading the ECU gets in order to *fool* it into thinking that the motor is taking in less air that it really is.
the first versions of the maft pro actually took out the fuel cut.... they put it back in a later revision... it is a very good feature as it helps u from blowing up ur car... you shouldnt ever hit it though... they say you can go up to like 29-30psi but its all about tuning
