Maft Pro Tune Setups

Hey everyone, Ive got the maft pro in my mkIII, and im having some trouble getting it tuned right so it will run smooth. So i thought id start a thread to see how people have their Maft setup, and what mods they have.

I have an 87 Turbo, with 3in exhaust and downpipe, fmic, walbro 255, Maft Pro and hardpipes.

Heres what ive got everything set at right not, and it has some issues with the idle and a stumble. (I Do not have a wideband installed)

install wideband. won't be able to do much tuning without it.

If your afr source is the 5V AEM Gauge and its not installed that would mean the maft isn't getting that reading, which could be causing your problem.

Before I can recommend anything, a Wideband is absolutely necessary.

Is your J-Tube still hooked up?

Make sure all your IAT, MAP, TPS etc readings/voltages are correct. I initially had an issure where the MAP sensor wasn't gettting a full 5 volts thus throwing off my tune.

I ended up tapping the TPS for 5 volts.
