When you install the the maftpro does that get rid of boost cut or do you still need to buy a fcd

With the MAFTPro you can run on speed density and eliminate the need for the stock AFM. Hence, MAFT = Mass Air Flow Translator.

I run 22-23 psi without fuel cut, any higher it hits. You can clamp it off like the fcd, but it doesnt add fuel after that. Im going to up fuel pressure a little, and do some more tweaking in the spring.

Unless I missed where the MAFT-pro does direct injector control, the MAFT-Pro will not increase FC automatically by itself, with no other changes.

You use it as a scalar with larger injectors, to deliver a lower air reading to the TCCS. This is how you get around fuel cut - or you can clamp it with teh MAFT-Pro.
