Tried posting in the on-going mafpro thread, seems like questions are getting lost in the mix but I still have more questions.

1. Where did you guys put the IAT sensor.

2. Did you use a bung and weld it in or did you just drill and tap it.

3. If you are using the innovative LC-1, are you using analog output 2 for
AFR tracking.

4. If so (question #3), was it necessary to re-program output 2's voltage
values in the lm programmer software.

5. When grounding the mafpro and wideband, did you use the E01 ground at the ecu to ground everything.

Thanks

Wayne

Am I posting this stuff in the wrong place, if so please tell me. Would really like to get some answers to some of my questions. I know there are other members that have this set up, why no one wants to chime in is beyond me.
Just wanting to know how others did it to make the most informed decision on my install.

I put my IAT sensor on the backside of my upper hardpipe between the valve covers so you can't see it, i just drilled and tapped the hole, but would reccomend using a bung even though mine seems to seal just fine. i've got the AEM WB, so im' no help there. FOr the ground i already had my WB grounded into the same ground as my stereo, so i just used the same wire for the maft pro WB ground since you're supposed to use the same ground as the WB.

anywhere post-IC is fine, the closer to he TB, the better...

2. Did you use a bung and weld it in or did you just drill and tap it.

depends on the thickness of the metal. if it's just std. piping, you'll need a bung.

you shouldn't need to.

make sure whatever output you're using is configured to innovate's 0-5V scaling.

E01 or E02 should be fine.....just be sure you connect the WB gnd to the purple wire on the MAFT pro's 10 pin connector.

HTH.....

Thanks guys, I thought for a minute I was losing you.

DrJonez---As long as the analog output goes from 0v to 5 volt, it is ok?

I think with the LC1 w/b you can program the range, I would check for sure but all the paperwork is in the garage, and about to turn in.

Anywho, Lotek shipped me the wrong triple gauge pod, so kinda in a holding pattern until I get it.

Thanks again guys.

Mike

it has its own solenoid that is used to control boost.
