My car will start up and run, but idles kinda low. Usually around 600 rpm. At first it will sound like it has a miss until I let it run for about 10 minutes or so. I chanded the plugs, checked the coils and the ecu. I have searched for other things on this but couldn't find any solid info. Also when i go to drive it and i press the gas down all the way it runs like crap. It shakes as it very slowly gets up to higher rpm, but once it starts boostin it is fine. I would really appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks!

Check the timing? Check for codes?

timing was fine,

How did you check timing?

My one IC pipe connector has some minor cracks but would that cause a major problem?

No, 1jzs are map based, so you could disconnect the intercooler completely and have no effect on idle.

sorry i had to go to work, my buddy was the one that checked the timing about a week ago so im not sure what it was at exactly or where he sourced the info. My check engine light isn't on, so is there a need to check for codes still?

Yes you can still have codes.

I would check you IACV. Might be stuck closed, or open. Or just not running right. Or take it off and make a block off plate like I did then crack the throtle open a tad:
