lost???

ok i have an 86.5 supra 5spd its got a newly rebuilt engine in it and needs valve shimms and the ks rewired. it misses after its warmed up a bit could this be from a bent valve? if so could this have been caused by driving the car without the valves being shimmed and the ks being rewired. a shop here said that it sounded to them like a bent valve. what do you guys think?:1zhelp:

If it was bent valves, your car would be running bad hot or cold. Check for something that would change, after the engine warms up. Cold start injector, temp sensors, bad spark plug cables, bad plugs, etc........

thats what i thought its got new msd wires and ngk plugs i'll check the rest. thx
