Lost my HKS DV circlip snap ring thing

Antone no where I can get one. Been to all the local car shops buy they all say its to big.

Do they come with a weld on flange kit?

nope, the flange kits just have the flange....try an industrial supply company, they should have a snap ring of the proper size.
