Couple of things to check:

- Freeze plugs
- Rubber hose from water neck to hard pipe around block
- Hard pipe around block itself
- Rubber hose from hard pipe around block to outlet at top/rear of head
- Water lines running to turbo

FIRST thing is first.

pressure test the cooling system. ive said this in enough threads now that it should be easily found in searches.

PRESSURE TEST THE COOLING SYSTEM.

if you had said the coolant was coming out of the over flow after pushing it hard, id jump on the BHG bandwagon also. but you say its coming from somewhere else, so there is a leak some place.

find that leak then report back.

I would also pressure test it, and get underneath to see where it is coming from...at 20psi, even small leaks become apparent.

edit: Lagged beat me to it ;).

actually, 20psi (i assume youre reffering to boost pressure?) shouldnt be any different than stock boost in regards to the status of coolant leaks.

the cooling system should generally be under .9 bar of pressure at all times after the car has warmed up. more boost dosnt equal more pressure there.

if it does, that IS a definite BHG as compression is leaking into the cooling system.

I was referring to the pressure inside the cooling system during testing.

ohhhh i gotchya. :)

its the best way to check for leaks. should always be done after dropping in a new motor and such.

some leaks are very minute and leak right onto the exhaust manifold, burn up and would never be spotted otherwise.

check the coolant hose that goes to the turbo... mine blew on the highway and my entire coolant tank emptied immediately and it got hot fast, luckily i pulled over immediately. but you could have a small crack over there that is just waiting to burst and that's in the middle of the engine area on the passenger side.

I come from a land down under
Not being a cock or anything but at least go out and check under the Oil Cap and Pull the Dipstick to make sure it's not leaking coolant into the Oil or your $500 BHG fix might turn into a $3000 total rebuild if you keep driving it.....
