Loose wires, connector

I found a few un connected wires whilst doing some work recently and today I found a connector in my driveway. It's white plastic with two terminals and on the one side it's a red wire with a black strip feeding both terminals and on the opposite side theres a white with green and a white with red stripe.

Anyone know what this is? I know where the red wires are hanging but have no idea about the rest, assuming they connect to something under the intake manifold.

Any help is much appreciated.

Upon closer inspection in better light it's
red with blue going to white with green
red with black going to white with red
