Well now, that really depends on what you're planning to do with it once you buy it.

IMO, every mk3 is worth looking into. Why? Cause chances are, I'm going to tear into it and build it into something that's worth looking into for myself.

Gotta have wishful thinking somewhere:biglaugh:

With most of the ones I find are either on there last leg or way out of price range. There is the one for 1k but would need a new hg because in the descerption it says ->::bhg::

This is the car.

Before I even think about going after it what is involved with a BHG and what could I expect it to be cost wise, this would be me doing it not a shop.

i have a good friend who is in the same spot. he has been looking for over a year now for a clean shell to swap his drive train into after he went dukes of hazzard through a ditch and fence.

good cars do pop up from time to time, you just gotta keep looking. you'll find the right car eventually.

I've got a good shell nog, come get it. I'll make you him a good deal on it, and even throw in the 17s, and fart can that's on it. Just come take it from my house, ugh.

I'm at the point where my brain is about to melt. I have been trying to find a mkIII but can only find 1 or 2 worth looking into.

This is what I can find:
local classfieds
craigslist
autotrader.com

The two tone brown one is very nice. Rare color combo. Teal 92 rare also.
How mechanically inclined are you? If you want a daily driver then don't buy a beater. Find one that's been taken care of and already runs good. They are out there. Good luck.

BTW, I've seen that craigslist ad on the two tone brown one in another thread somewhere.....hmmm

During highschool I would ditch my other classes to go into the shop. I have been around cars my whole life been helping do things since I was about 8, mom has a picture of me asleep under a car with a wrench. As is I'm planning on doing a HG in a '88 Corrola this weekend I know not even comparable but still HG is Hg.

There is also a RX-7 FC around the cornor from me that I might go look into. Hey any car that ahs more than 100hp is fine with me. Last car I owned and the one now both had/have 90hp and like 100tq. But the Corrola feels much quicker and faster compared to the Loyale.

Ya there is another thread by me that the brown one came up in. There is a car in the FS area and was getting info on it when I started looking at other ones and posting my findings.
