All right tech guys, help me out.
Looking for a quality laser printer (B&W).
Must copy/scan/fax. Must print duplex, preferably scan duplex as well.
Must be ethernet or wireless capable with PC-Faxing.

I want it to have some simple form for network scanning. Preferably would be able to set it up to just scan to a network drive, etc. Would prefer not to have to load up tons of 3rd party software. I want to be able to walk to the printer, scan a document, go to my computer, and find the document either already on my drive or available on the network.

Speed is nice, but not that important.
Must not have a large footprint; It will go on the computer desk (weight doesn't matter, it's a sturdy desk).

Under 500 bux (preferably Much lower, but if it sounds perfect enough, willing to pay up to 500)

Thanks for any input guys.

I only use Brother Printers, and heres why, The cartridge lasts a very long time. With Brother Cartridges, if you use black electrical tape and cover the two windows at the ends of the cartridge they will run until completly empty. This trick even work on thier color printers. Another thing I like about them is they use colored plastic powder as the toner.

I decided on a brother mfc. Now, i just gotta figure out why the computers cant access it via wireless :( the software "sees" the printer on the network, but wont connect to it...

Oh well, i'll call support tomorrow. so far, it is doing great otherwise. scanner works like a dream, prints quickly and crisply.
