10-10-05 update

At this point, if everyone interested could email me at K_Mart90@hotmail.com, I'll make a list and start corresponding via email so I can throw out prices.

Hey
I'm having some taillight covers made by a local FRP company. They won't be direct replicas, but will be similar to the Regulus style covers for the 89+ taillights. Just wanted to see if there was much interest from everyone else. Won't know pricing until they get back to me with a quote next week. This company already has molds for a 3000gt which includes a hatch/hood/side skirts/bumper so I know they are capable and produce a quality part. If I do a group buy on them, it will be carried out similar to the group buys that I have organized in the past with suffiecient communication and good quality.

Here's a pic of the Regulus ones that I have on my Supra, it will be a similar style with better fitment.

Thanks

Someone else, I believe tte was talking about making gains covers. I don't think you'd have as much intrest with the Regulus covers. If anything make your own idea.

I'm OK with making a totally new design. If you guys want to design a style that we can all agree on. Personally, I'm a fan of this style which is why I wanted to make it. Changing to a new design really is the best thing for the community.

Please add whatever input/ideas you have.

On a side note, for those who don't know. my group buys (89+ blinker covers, fluidyne radiators, rear sunshade) have all been carried out with frequent updates. The 87 style blinker cover did not go through due to too many people backing out after I started collecting deposits. Everyone received refunds in a timely manner. (Although Craig's had to be resent after I made a mistake with the address).

Thanks
Kevin Martin

yeah. 89+
why try to dress up 89- taillights?
they are always going to look bad...

i 2nd that kevin's GB's always go very smoothly, and the product is well represented.
**looks at blinker covers, as well**

he does good work. dont worry

How about those 2 holes cover that failed. I think more people like that compare to Regulus style.

I can do something similar to the Gains covers if that's what more people would want. I'd do it in a two piece though (full cover so you're not haing to try to match up 3 pieces on top of the taillights.), but with a similar design that has the 2 circles and 3 outer slots over the blinkers.

More feedback?

Kevin
