So i have a seller who has a blitz nur spec catback, hks downpipe, testpipe for 450. Good deal i think. Anywho, i looked under my car and what the hell do i find. NO FLANGES. The cat was replaced and welded in. So even if i get something like a high flow cat w/ flanges. The one side of the exhaust pipe won't have a flange to bolt up to the cat. Man this sucks, what do i do?

p.s im not gonna use the test pipe, emission reasons so i would need another cat. Or i was thinking, maybe have somebody weld a flange onto the one side of the cat for the catback. Any help would be much appreciated.

Cut the weld and weld on new flanges.

Yup. Just take the new exhaust into a local shop, get them to cut the existing setup off and weld a flange onto your downpipe. Won't be very expensive.
