what all do you guy's mean by cant smog ???
I have on a hks D/P 3" and the high flow elbow along w/ the greedy sport cat back with no cat, ohh and the apex'i power intake..
and its great.. I guess you have to have the whole set for the car to breath ,,, to get the full effect

I dig the LIPP elbo for the cost it is worth every penny! As far as smog a dp and elbo will be very little diffrent from a bic for SMOG! Best luck move to where you dont have smog like me!!!!!!

ok , back to your question seeming people dont answer those anymore.
I had one. The quality was great. Awesome looking piece. I deff felt more top end with and and could tell it helped with flow. No actual numbers though.
