Lexus AFM, which filter?

I was putting my intake together yesterday and noticed that the Apexi adapter is much smaller than the lex afm (inside diameter). I started to "port" the edges but realized that it will still be a restriction.

What filter do you all use with the lexus AFM? Any issues with an oiled element filter and fouling the AFM?

that the one? Is the adapter big enough to allow for the flow of the lex afm? Anyone have pics?

drill out the adaptor for the apexi and it will work fine...thats what i had...

Drill out? It bolts up fine. Have to take the die grinder to the inside and open up the hole. Looks to me taht is what has to be done to all of them anyhow.
