I know there is a lot of information on this subject but sometimes noobs cant seem to find the search button:3d_frown: . I thought this link was really interesting and hopefully it will help noobs from completely destroying their car and their engine, when they dont do things right the first time. Here you go,http://suprasonic.org/lexusriemer/lexusnotes.html maybe it can be stickiedor something.

By no means am I a newb because of my posts.I like to read more than anything else. Im not new to supras since I have had mine for about two years and have recetly purchased another one. I just dont see any reason in starting pointless threads like, what is the best color for my car, or i saw this on ebay lets all laugh. Not attacking or making fun of any member on sm but I just get the information I need by searching or learning to do it myself. I probably should share some of the information I learn along the way but I get too busy sometimes. I havent even had time to finish my holset project, all I have left to do is belts and hoses. I have been saying Ill post pics for John @ MDC but I havent had a chance to. Dont attack my lack of posts as a lack of knowledge because that is not so. By the way nice car Brent.

Thanks 93,000 original miles the interior is near mint, it even has the original supra floor mats. Took me 7 months to find it and just three to destroy it. Well at least the engine.

Well has anyone proved that the lexus afm without the 550's causes the car to run lean? I know its common sense that the car will lean out with it but I thought the MK3s run a bit rich as it is.
Just curious because my one friend wants to test his wideband out with before and after results of the lexus afm.

don't do it

local around here did it on a dyno, and yes you do run lean, and it's under boost on the top end

worst place for it to happen, don't chance it...
