Lean?

Spark plugs and o2 sensor are whitish looking.

Am I lean????

Everything is stock, save for the K&N Filter.

87 Turbo-Swap 5-speed.

I kinda doubt it. Most likely a deposit from the fuel you are using. On my old WRX, the entire turbine wheel was white. The A:F dipped off the chart rich when I dynoed it. Dyno or wideband if you want to know what your A:F is.
