Yes, I have a leak under (around the direct center) of the car. The substance isn't water or transmission fluid and I checked the brake fluid which ended up being full, so this leaves me with no idea what it could be. Like I said, the leak is in the direct center of the car so if anyone could possible tell me what they think this could be, it would be greatly appreciated. :icon_surp

clutch fluid? mine is doing the same thing and that is my guess. IIRC clutch fluid is the same or similar to brake fluid.

Don't think it's clutch fluid seeing as my car is a -cough-automatic-cough- i checked the pan I placed under it last night and the fluid is a yellow-lime green color. Any thoughts?

coolant? antifreeze?

Exactly what I was thinking first; the problem is that (excuse any noobiness) the leak is in the direct center of the car, i thought the anti-freeze was located more towards the front.

A crack in the small rubber elbow coolant hose at the back of the motor / head which is a common issue if not changed recently. The hose goes dry from all the heat and eventually busts. A PITA to get at if you've got a turbo. Yellow /green definitely sounds like coolant. Can the heater core fluid reach the outside if it was leaking?
