Ive been pressure testing my intake system and It seems air is leaking out of my valve covers is this possible I didnt think they were pressurized? Also will just gaskets give proper seal or will I need some sort of sealant?

Although I'm not sure about the pressurized part, as far as sealing them use new gaskets and you can put a light layer of RTV silicone and use the allen-head bolts instead of the stock screws. Suprasport sells them, a kit is like $15

You're pressure testing your intake:

Compressed air goes into some cylinders, leaking past the rings, pressurizing the crank case, and coming out the PCV system which I'm assuming at this point you probably have hooked up incorrectly or taken off.
