I bought mine from Tirerack, and at the time they were one of the recommended options for a lot of different lowering springs. (To my chagrin, I've never taken them out of the box to actually install them.)

Been using them for maybe a year on my car with Eibach lowering springs. Really happy with the ride quality. They wont be the best for handling but they are compatible with lowering springs and will be more comfy than something stiffer.

They allow the car to get a little floaty at around 135 MPH:) I've been using mine for almost seven years, and they are great as a street damper even with RSR racing springs and Poly bushings.

Better read the warranty. My left bilstein blew and of course its considered normal wear and tear by their "Limited warranty" which usually only covers manufacturers defects like it the rod comes out or something. You would have to get it done at a shop probably to get their lifetime warranty which would include them installing them and buying them there also. They might also not warranty them if your not using stock suspension.
I have some new HD bilsteins on the way and am going to install some bumpers so they don't bottom out which is why the left one blew. Hitting a speed bump going 50 plus will do that.
