Knock

Hey guys i have a knock in my engine. It only occurs wen i start it up and you can hear it for a second or two but at idle engine sounds normal. You can also hear it at acceleration like around 1500 rpm. Anyone know what kind of knock it could be? Rod knock, valve seats?

Could be rod knock or crank pulley loose. A video of it would help, also what's been done , timing belt change, etc, recently.

I cant really post a video on my i pod. But i can hear the knock from the top of the valve covers over at cylinder 6 or 5. And the only things ive done to it is all maitnance such as valve cover gaskets, plugs wires oil and antifreeze. I purchased the car with the knock.
Trying to see of i can sell it tho. Anybody interested? Is a 86.5 automatic, engine and body complete and stock.
