I broke my knock sensor wire. I used a regular wire to fix the broke section of the wire. Now I have a knocksensor code and the car runs like crap. Is there anyway that I can bypass the knocksensor?

bypassing the knock sensor(s) is a bad idea. 
you should just do the SOGI rewire, found here:
