Sorry if this has been covered but spent 15mins searching and nothing. Im from the UK so can only find service info for the MA70 and JZA80 supras, can anybody please tell me at what miles/months im supposed to change the engine oil? also if you know how often the ATF, rear diff oil and hydrofan oil are supposed to be changed that would be a big help.

Thank you.

the service intervals are the same for the most part.. not sure on the hydro though, as I no longer have one.

just follow the MA70 service info for the chassis and trans, and the JZA80 one for the motor (that's what I've done). There is this as well, but I'm not sure it's very pertinent to what you're asking: http://www.1jz.com/tech/docs/engine_manual/

Also depends on how much you drive your car. I put maybe 5k on a car in a year, at most. Less if I don't go to SILV that year. I change my oil every 5 or 6 months, whether it "needs" it or not. But like Dylan said, following the Mk4's service schedule for engine related things and the Mk3's service schedule should do you well.

I do my oil changes every three month or 3,000 miles, which ever comes first.

I do my coolant flush every year since my car sits all winter. Just a habit, on a driven car, every two years.
