7M will always live on for the mere fact that the technical support is great over there. people place threads and sometimes the never get answered. You guys really suck. Who wants to get involved with something when they can't get any info anywhere!:3d_frown: When I place a thread over on the 7m side , weather its a stupid question or not no thread is left hanging. If I stick with my 7m its because of the support . 7m guys are about there 7ms. Jz guys are about everything else but there cars. If your motors are so great you would spread love with the world about the so called bulletproof motor 1jz.

there just isn't alot of 1j love on this board.you would be better off posting it on sf.the motor is very basic and share's so many part's with the 2jz.so i don't know what kind of support your looking for.
you sure as hell don't want a 2j then,because not many of the mkIV crowed would be helpful here either

I had to go back an look at what the hell U R talking about.

You made a post about what has "anybody seen." and got no responses. Maybe no one that's seen it (1K HP 1JZ), has seen your post.

Also, I did not see any "technical" question or issues in that recent post, that I could contribute to... so I have not responded, however I will now. :slap:

Since you can't find any info on the 1J/2J, yeah... I guess U R better off with a 7M. This is an MKIII community... not an engine specific one, so maybe you need to look on a 1J/2J site that may have the info you may want to see in the future... :sadwavey:

I hope you get un-mad.... I've left technical questions in the right places and never got responses before. It doesn't mean the community sucks... it may mean that the other site's search feature sucks or that the answer will not be spoonfed and I must do some of my own research (elsewhere).

Sorry you're so disappointed with the 1J support found here. The facts are simple though....

• Just about any vague question you could ask has been answered ad nauseam, so they tend to get bypassed rather quickly because people refuse to search.
• Your supposed question was pointless, and frankly, boring.
• Most importantly, almost all of the people that ask about "1,000 HP 1J's" rarely, if ever, actually commit to installing a 1J.

If someone asks a questions I can answer. . . I answer it. I dont know everything, but I will answer what I do know to an extent. If its been covered 100000000x times like, "Why should I go 1JZ" or something to that effect, I dont even bother.
