Most of you know a did a full engine build. I deleted my thread for many reasons so hopefully I can post everything up in just one easy page!
Pulled the car on my old shops lift
yanked out the JDM 7m
bam as it sat that evening
Bought some new Wiseco .040 over pistons cause the block needed to be bored
Comparo to stock
Bought some Eagle rods that I posted Comparo pics of the the stocker
had alot of stuff powder coated.
The JDM motor torn apart. Amongst tearing it apart I see that it has been rebuilt. Within further investigation the new rings were not gapped.
Assembled the rods and pistons
Bought a 90mm tb
PT70 Turbo before I polished it!
Got the pretty head back!
Assembled the Engine with the assistance of Noah and his wife Sandy
Polished the Turbo
Greddy 2.0mm MHG
Brake quiet on both sides of the gasket.
Engine Assembled
I forgot to add the motor I rebuilt was not the JDM motor, simply because the JDM motor didnt have oil squirters and heck its nice to keep it all original right? The usdm orginal motor that was in the car was siezed when I bought it. 2,3,4,5 were melted to the walls and the pistons were in pieces. Therefore I had no choice but to bore the block .040 over
