just got a 1j swap, anyone familiar with blitz ecu's ?

Hrm...the plugs are similar to the supra 1jz ECU but the supra 1jz has 4 plugs and a flying lead, and that ECU only has 3. It's definitely not soarer or chaser either. It's also not a vvti ECU. Frankly, it doesn't seem like a JZ ecu of any kind.

EDIT: It looks alot like a 3s-gte ECU, the connectors match.

The pin count is the same as the 89+ 7m ecu... but the bracket bolted to the side gives it away, the 7m ecu doesn't have a bracket like that but the 3s ecu does.
