Just bought an HKS turbo timer jumper harness..

What's odd is that it's got one wire that runs across. It's not just a straight jumper. Any idea why they would do this?

No big deal, I bought this for my alarm install as I don't like hacking up my factory wiring.

I have a HKS turbo timer and a Harness for it, its different than yours though.
