The BIC Performance shop car finally eclipsed 500 WHP...

We recently removed the T61 and installed a Borg Warner 88-75 (63mm compressor) with a twin scroll turbine housing and we are extremly pleased with the results of this turbo, it flows 78+ lbs/min but spools like a 61mm.

The basic Mod list is:

- Stock 1jz
- USDM 2jz cams
- Haltech Sport 2000 EMS,
- BW 88-75 (63mm) .91 a/r turbine housing
- 44mm Tial wg
- BIC 3.5" DP and Thunder catback
- BIC 780cc injectors and custom fuel rail
- Intank MK4 fuel pump with inline Bosch 044 (staged)
- AEM Water/ Meth injection
- OSG Twin plate clutch

Now for the numbers:

94 octane pump gas with 50/50 water meth mix

10 psi= 354 rwhp
14.2 psi=442 rwhp
22 psi= 523 rwhp and 500 ft/lbs
27 psi= 605 rwhp and 550 ft/lbs

It makes 15psi at 4000 and 27 psi at 4200. This thing is only off by 200 rpm's over my T61 with .58 housing.

Huge thanks to Bill for the great tune!!

Agreed. Although the clocked turbo makes my penis soft. There was no way around that?

Good job on the numbers!

Yes I could have clocked it any way I wanted, but I did it this way...Because I Can...and I like to do things a little different, we have our own style here at the shop, all our turbo kits are clocked this way, when ever possible.

At first I didn't like the "look" of it being clocked like that, but think of how much easier it is to put together/ take apart.
Nice work as usual.
