Looks like a good start :)

now get rid of the stickers and wheels

Haha. Thats funny. I have allready got that on the list. I think I know what rims to get and the sticker are not going back on after the paint. They were there as an example for someone to see what I can do and I am lazy and left them .. !

Good to see you getting started on this JM.
Why'd you start a new build thread?
and what else are you going to be doing? Paint looks like? Fuel upgrades? Turbo?
Get me some details brotha!
Also, I'm gunna shoot you a PM about some stickers...

New thread because the old one had too many "almost ready to start" messages. I wanted a clean start.

Have a great deal on a new paint job. Retired show car painter is going to do it. Black w/Gunmetal flake.

Here is a pic of the new rims. I have not bought them yet but I am thinking these will be it..

Ahhh the time in a re-build where it is still fun.......Then 2yrs later you want to send it to the bottom of a lake. Good luck looks like it will be a solid build until Jay gets carried with new things he wants to try:biglaugh: . I'm sure I'll see/help in my comings and goings at some point.

The motegi touge rims were my first choice. I loved those rims but i couldnt find a website with the right offsets. Which made me finalize my choice with something similar. Looks like this will be a good build. Where in Fl do you live?

John ill post some pics as i break down the engine. And of course when new parts come in ;) Which hopefully will start this upcoming week.

You should post all the things that were wrong. if you can remember them all!

Every time it got closer to being out I would hear. "Thats not suposed to be there!" , "WHY is that not torqued at ALL!" or "Thats just on BACKWARDS!" :biglaugh: We shoud have video taped the last 30 min of getting the engine out. One of the motor mounts was broken and woud not let go..

It was funny. It ended with "I HATE PEOPLE" when he saw the JB weld on one of the shifter bolts. I should take a pic of that and post it! hahaha!
