JDM folding mirrors

Well, here it goes.....I purchased a set of JDM folding mirrors off of e-bay. I'm looking for anyone who happens to have actual schematics or knowledge of how to hook them up and does anyone know where I might find replacement glass for them since both my 89 and 90 are left side drive.

I saw a tech thread from Goliath from about 2 years ago and was wondering if he is still around if he is...did he ever figure out the glass issue he was having on the mirrors?

Any help would be appreciated--I'm decent with electrical so I may not need a step by step by step.

Oh..and appologies if this thread is listed somewhere else.

ive got a jdm ma70 in west australia.When you get them hooked up let me know if the passenger side folds in faster than the drivers? well in your case driverside since you drive on the wrong side of the road :p

Nope, the glass thing I was trying didn't work. The optics on the JDM's are anoying but you get use to them. Some where I have a wiring diagram from Japan that gives the asignments. I'll look around for it. The problem with it was that it was writtten in Japanese. I had to figure out the wiring by looking at the pin assignments. There are 30+ conections to make with these and if one is not right they might not opperate at all.

Some wires are universal USDM/JDM like power and ground I think? Check a USDM wiring diagram to comfirm.
