JDM engine Egr block off plate?

Okay,
So I'm putting my engine back together after a headgasket job,
and I forgot to put the block off plate for the EGR back on, so I'm like alright, shouldn't be too difficult to get back on. So I'm reaching back there feeling around, and there's 3 holes, NOT including the hole for the EGR. And there's only 2 holes on the egr block off plate...
So I talked to another supra owner and parts manager at a dealership, he said it might be for an engine hoisting thing for pulling the engine.

Anyone know what this is?

JDM engines dont have egr's..

It's what he said it was, Its where the hook bolts in for the hoist for when your pulling your engine. MY JDM motor came with block offs, and I know exactly what your talking about. Just feel which two holes will cover the middle part.
