jdm 2jz fuel rail in a 1j?

if i use the jdm 2jz fuel rail in my 1jz instead of the stock 1j fuel rail will it benefit me any? is it a direct fit?

If all fails, take out the 440s and put them in the 1jz rail

or just get a complete top feed fuel rail kit from mvp for 190 and throw in some RC injectors as high as you want to go.
