JDM 2jz Aristo TWIN TURBO Max PSI?

How much boost can the JDM Aristo twin turbo's handle? I heard up to 16psi is ok? Im in TTC mode now with no boost controller hitting 13psi. Ill see what happens after I install this test pipe..
