The guy was always classed as a lunatic outsider, but unfortunately, like Fred Phelps, he was a lunatic outsider with a law degree. Thankfully this will strip him of his ability to interfere on a legal standpoint, or at the very least, hold him up.

I'm really of the opinion better the devil you know... this guy really hasn't caused the games industry any damage that I'm aware of, and he's so obviously a lunatic that he's unlikely to in the future.
If he is forced to stop his lunacy, he will likely be replaced by someone who does a better job.
