It's Never Too Early to Discuss HALLOWEEN!!

Okay, it's the end of August. Halloween is in 2 months. Anyone have any plans for costumes yet, or bad-ass haunted houses or parties?

I ask because I'm getting excited early this year myself. I FINALLY got a job - working at Spirit Halloween Store!! So I'm going to be immersed in Halloween from tomorrow (when I start work) until November.

This year, I'm going to do my costume right, the one I wanted to do last year. Simi, a Charonte demon that looks like a punk/goth college student. Hopefully I'll get a decent discount, so the wings are a little more affordable for me this year.

SO....how about everyone else??

I'm throwing a party for the X-ray students again this year... it's not bad-ass by any stretch of the imagination, but good times were had by all last year... we ended up playing RockBand/GH until about 1am before everyone left and we were all back at work for me/school for them the next day at 7am.

I love Halloween, but the past couple years have broken my heart - no one shows up to our door for candy.

Last year, we literally had only ONE family - mom and her two kids - all night. I was crushed. I decorated, got a bunch of decorations, sat with Mike on the porch in my cloak...

Now back to Halloween... DT, for the 5 years that I live in Lebanon, we never got trick or treaters.. and now I live on a busy road, so I doubt I will see any this year .. It sucks.. I've volunteered before for charity haunted houses.. Maybe you and Mike can do that this year?
