Quick question about the 240.

How did you get the oil from the turbo back into the engine?

Did you put a fitting in the pan or is there a secret on the block somewhere?

BTW, welcome to the club, glad to have you on board!

First, We tapped the oil pan on the 240 to return the oil and used a "T" section by the oil pressure sensor to feed it oil. No theres no magic hole in the block specially for that purpose. I decided to go KA-T cuz IMO the sr20 is a stupid idea, why pay like 2500-3500 for a 2 liter, when you could put that money into a 2.4L and make much more power?

Anyways, those were the first pics of it when it didnt have an intercooler cuz i was only running 3psi to begin with to see how it would take it. Later on i slowly turned up the boost and added a side mount intercooler. But after a year and a half at 9-11psi the oil rings gave up...

And to LoveMy7MGTE, i would be glad to meet up sometime. Just send me a PM.
