Is this a sign of BHG?

Yes I read all the post on BHG but did not find one thing.

My car's coolant reservoir is shooting out coolant out of the breather nipple. Its over filled. Looking around the car I saw no other leak other then a small spot right under the water pump area but I see no wet area so I am not sure if its because my car was moving when that puddle formed.

Now heres the other problem. Although no leak in any other area, when I am driving it close to 3K rpm I would floor it a little and the car would jerk for awhile all the way up to redline. Its like a kid trying to learn how to drive manual transmission for the first time and drop the clutch too fast. Its that jerking motion. I tried it twice and both time the car did that. All vacuum looks good but can vacuum leak cause that? If so where?

Also my temperature gauge does not spike to hot like all the post I'm seeing. It instead IS JUMPING crazy like a ricer boy reving his car to redline and seeing that RPM bouncing back and forth at redline..

I had to refill the coolant after the car cooled down. All hose are tight and no leak on radiator. I could not check the oil because it was too dark to see but are those signs? The radiator cap looks new. But even if its bad, the car should not have jerk like that right? I have heard story of cars jerking on high horsepower cars because the heads lifting? So would a BHG do the same?

OR change the rad cap...mine was bubbling as if it was really really hot. I brought it to the shop to check for gasses in the cooling system, nothing. ever since I changed the cap, its been fine ever since.
and sometimes a cigar is just a cigar sorry all the information points to a BHG not a rad cap.
good luck Datsrboi

Yeah really sucks. Can someone tell me if that jerking in the RPM when I press the throttle an another sign of BHG? If its not then that sucks.

My friend made a point though.. It is a 20 year old car, get your credit card ready.

LOL! You changed your avatar! Sorry man, 7Ms get BHG with stock components. Bust out that credit card and buy yourself a metal HG and ARP hardware. Deck the head (and the block if you can) and call it good. Have fun!

Don't jump to BHG quite yet.

Check/replace your radiator cap
Fix whatever that leak is
Replace the thermostat, also check if its got the jiggle valve pointed up.
Make sure the radiator is filled, and not just the overflow bottle.

As for the hesitation, check error codes, see what you've got.

If those are all no go's, then buy whatever stuff you want for the headgasket.

My car does not show any check engine lights. But I will surely check on the other stuff tommorrow. Thanks
