Is there a fusible link that will disable the starting curcuit? No power to starter or relay---no clicking, power out of the ignition switch, its like a fuse is blown, but they are all good. Now that I think about it, its getting power to switch, fuse or fusible link would be before the switch wouldn't it.

Something to check: Could be the Alarm has been tripped. It interrupts the starter relay so you can't steal the car. Re-lock and unlock both doors to see if you can reset the Alarm. I've had it happen several times on my 89. It seems the contacts in the doors are kind of troublesome. You can also roll it and pop the clutch (I see you have a 5-speed) and it will start that way if it is the alarm.
