I've been looking for a Tial BOV & found a 50mm but I'm curious if it will be too big for my application. I'm going to run 18-19psi thru a 60-1 CT26, so are there any problems with a 50mm?

well to a certain point there is.

Think about it.

The turbo fills the intake pipes up. To big a BOV releases all that air and the turbo has to do all the work again to refill the pipes up. To small and not enough air gets released and causes compressor surge. The correct size lets out enough air to not cause compressor surge but still leave enough compressed air in the pipes to minimize the turbo having to refill the pipes completely again. :)

^ true to a point, but that is why you can adjust most bovs one way or another. You can adjust the spring tension, and that adjusts the amount of air you let off
