Is the 7MGE supposed to be like this?

Do you find that you are from a stop, and when you floor it, it starts revving MUCH faster at around 3200 RPM? I'm not reading it wrong for sure, but it always comes alive at 3200 RPM. Is it an ACIS problem (which right now, I highly doubt it is), or something else?

I've already asked one or two people about this, but a whole forum's view is better than that.

mine does the same thing. itll feel like youre pulling harder around 3.5k to 4k. thats when mine kicks in. just the acis working its magic.

nope. i had a 5 speed GE and it did the same thing. its the ACIS switching over.

Normal! I had one of my acura/honda friends in the car with me once, and when i hit it in third gear at 3k, when it hit 4k RPM, he had a real puzzled look on his face :icon_bigg

probably because it is sludged up my acis valve was stuck in my old intake manifold take the cover plate off and look
