There is something definitely wrong with him. A reasonable person would have just called his dept. and asked to speak to his supervisor. Even then his story doesn't hold much water. The video doesn't show the officer pass him at 80mph.
He should be charged on the basis of that video tape it shows HIM speeding and the officer has his details.
He ran stop signs, he was speeding, swirving into the other lane. The cop showed way more patience than my local pd. They probably would have shot him first and asked questions later if he chased them down. Refusing to move his car could have been obstruction of justice.
I didn't know early 90s civics could go that fast.
But that dude is nuts, I was kinda hoping that the cop was gonna arrest/shoot him by the end.

That was so funny, i've never seen anyone do that to a cop before. So next time a cop overtakes me and speeds off i'll get out my vid cam and pursue him....hmmmm maybe not.
This guy has a burning urge to talk to himself and put on a show obviously. He says holy shit like 300 times, goddamn 300 times and not once with any kinda inflection or real urgency in his voice. It's clear he wants to be a cop but isn't so he has taken it upon himself to feel self important by pretending to be something he's not.
